You don’t have time to go to the gym? You don’t want to be confronted with the muscular bodies of the gym regulars? And yet you are interested in not getting fat, not dealing with diets, not being hungry and feeling good? We invite you to the fit weekend at Kaiser penzion.
We will teach you how to create a menu, give you some advice about fat reduction, teach you formulas (not the mathematical ones) how to calculate your optimal pulse frequency for burning fat. You will be able to try out all of what we will discuss in form of lunches and dinners, which are going to be based on the previous theory. We will teach you very efficient exercises for strenghtening your whole body using just a living room, chair, table, melons, water bottles, sack of potatoes………. You will learn how to use the theory in practice, learn how to feel good, and believe us, you will have a good time!

Children younger than 10 years old accompanied by adult/s: free + 2x lunch a 2x dinner: 450,- Czk

Price includes: accomodation for 2 nights, 2x breakfest, 2x lunch, babysitting, 2x fit lesson (theory + practice), example menu for 1 week. We will be happy to send anyone interested the exact schedule upon request.
